General Questions

You can change your JKT Account's password by going to your Account Profile:

Account settings > Security > Password > Password Reset

1. After Password Reset, an Email will be send to your Email used to register your JKT Account.
2. Click on the hyperlink in the Email, and key in your new password.
3. Your new JKT Account's Password will be ready to use for 5 Minutes.

Computers must still be usable and that there are no hardware damages.

We evaluate the condition as follows:

1. Prescene of Physical damage (Such as scratches, discoloration on the Computer etc.)
2. Hardware Components and its specifications
3. Age of the Computer

We are GST-registered retail store. Therefore, 7% GST will be charged.

As the JKT Account are needed to track your orders and payment, you will need to create an Account first before payments can be made.

Collection & Delivery Services Questions

Yes. There are two options for delivery service where you can collect at your Nearest Post Office or direct delivery to your mailing address.

Yes. The delivery is charged at SGD$ 5.00 per payment.

Currently the delivery service is only avail to within Singapore only.
However, you may opt-in for walk-in collection instead.
